Zorica Hofman is a woman in sports, focused on perhaps not so popular football disciplines, but no less dedicated. By education, Zorica is a sports manager (Faculty of Sport and Physical Education Novi Sad). With more than 15 years of progressive experience as an executive in sports, she has proven record in capacity building, developing and representing national sports organizations in parallel with working with international sports organizations.

For three years, she was the Vice-president of the American Football Club Dukes Novi Sad at a time when that sport was experiencing a kind of expansion in Serbia. After that experience, she became commissioner and later secretary general and collaborator of the Serbian Association of American Football – SAAF. All this led her to the position in which she will become Secretary general of the International Federation of American Football – IFAF. For more than 6 years, she has been successfully working as secretary general for the WMF.

World Minifootball Federation is a not-for-profit organisation and has the purpose to promote, supervise and direct minifootball in the world as a means to contribute to the positive development of society. Minifootball is played by millions of players around the world. They have their branches in almost 100 countries on five continents – America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. WMF organises the WMF World Cup every 2 years, as well as continental championships through their established continental federations.

Zorica lives in Novi Sad, she is married and the mother of two children.
